The Avengers

27 May

Settled down at Somerset 313′s basement where there are lots of food for us to choose. =)

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks!
Oyster Mee Sua and Mushroom Cheese Crepe which tastes like Egg prata with mushroom. HAHAHA, but still nice.

YUMMMMSSS! Cant wait to go Taiwan in July! =DDD

Followed by A Double Down Buddy Meal from KFC! (the one at the bottom)

Decided to watch “The Avengers” after some consideration due to the timing of the movie.
I didnt know what the movie is all about at all even after I saw lots of awesome comments from my friends.

It’s indeed an awesome movie!
Likes Thor and Hulk =D
I was laughing during the movie whenever I see Hulk fights! Like a little kid, grab anything he sees and doesnt care if he will fall or beaten to death. HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Cold Rock!

26 May

Holland V Cold Rock’s “Grandma’s Apple Pie”.
I think they’s Cold Stone’s sister. They have the same way of preparing their ice creams, but with different ice creams.
More expensive, smaller portion and doesnt really taste as nice as Cold Stone’s.

Cold Stone!

Dinner with Baobao after work!
Actually we intended to have Handburgerbut we ended up in Japanese Spaghetti restaurant. Our second time to the restaurant! =)

Whenever we order something creamy with up-size, we will definitely feel bloated after the meal.

He ordered something different this time. Squid Ink Spaghetti I think.
It’s not creamy and his up-sized spaghetti’s portion looks smaller than mine. He wasntreally full after the meal. HA

I still love the spaghetti=) but not the desserts because the desserts taste normal and the portion is small.

Walking towards Dhoby Ghaut and we walked pass Cold Stone. We’re always attracted by the smell because they leave their doors open all the time and this time we entered and bought one. =D

Love it =D while enjoying the ice cream, we get to see how enjoying the servers are, creating a fun working environment for themselves, tossing the ice cream high up and throwing the ice cream to one another.

How many people in this world really enjoy their work?
Not easy…

Adrian’s 21st!

19 May

Adrian’s 21st at Aloha Changi Terrace!
He ordered ALOT of food in terms of the type of food and the amount for each food, and the food taste good.  The caterer: Select.
We were basically just chatting non-stop throughout and only pause when it was time to sing birthday song to Adrian. haha. Went up to the room upstairs for aircon and carry on with our conversation. Chatting non-stop til about 1am plus before leaving. =DD Another happy night with batch. =D

Too bad Adrian couldnt join in because he was really busy with preparing, clearing and etc.
Anyway, Happy 21st to him! =D

MuCheng 23rd

18 May

Set off with Baobao to Marcus house to celebrate MC’s 23rd birthday!
As usual, everytime I will use his phone to tweet if I want to tweet with photos because my phone’s twitter doesnt have this function. Cant wait to change my phone in June! =))

He even styled his hair! =)

The birthday cake.

The birthday candles. The May babies!

The long time no see Charlene, Minmin and Xin Yi! =D

Game session specially for MC!
It was DAMN FUNNY! Level 1 game: Big bully, is funny enough. He had to choose a person to versus him before the game play was revealed and he chose Terence. So, the game play is, each of them have to take turn to carry each other up for a few seconds until one of them couldnt take it anymore.
Game started…carry…carry…carry…and “fabric-tearing” sound came out. MC’s pants tore!
Everyone was laughing damn hard!
As for the other games, not really nice to reveal here. =)

Drinking session next, and left about 4am I think.

It was a really happy day especially when I’m busy everyday and do not have much time to play or hang out with friends or with my love ones. =)

刘大妈无烟羊肉串, LDM Food Enterprise@ Geylang

14 May

Great night with batch at Carls Junior on Sunday 3am-5am. Great laughs when Kai Yi became our topic. It started when we were discussing who changed the most since Year 1 and our winner is KAIYI!
He used to be our batch’s UNCLE! The messy thick hair, normal specs, a normal Tshirt, three quarter pants and slippers. He would ‘kiap’ his newspapers under his armpit and walk like an uncle everytime in school or during our batch outing. hahah!!

One day, he changed.
Stylish neat hair, contact lens, stylish clothes, accessories and shoes!
He was even talking about a $1000 Tshirt he saw from the net and was thinking of buying it. WOW! We were all saying that he is wasting money.
“That shirt is super normal. Why not you give us the money and we help you go Queensway make one?” HAHAHA!!! Seriously, it’s really normal, but he kept explaining that it’s the brand and quality.

Back home, slept for 5 hours, woke up and rushed out for lesson!
LDM food enterprise for dinner after lesson. I could only eat fried rice because I’m feeling unwell and I cant spend much.

They BBQ=ed the food for us and serve them to us.

Mr Daniel, the one who will give me advice when it comes to serious singing.

Shall return to try the food next time. The fried rice tastes ‘Egg-y’, not bad. =)

Founder Bak Kut Teh Restaurant!

7 May

I read about this restaurant months ago but didnt have the chance to try. I’ve kinda forgotten about it because there are too many food I want to try. HA! until Baobao told me that they’ve decided to go there for dinner. =)

The walls are full of photos of the boss with celebrities!!
Can you see S.H.E.? =)

Here comes the Bak Kut Teh!
Hmmm…I think I dont really know how to enjoy “spicy” Bak Kut Teh (with strong taste of pepper), because I cant take spicy food.
I still enjoyed the whole meal. =) We ordered 4 Bak Kut Teh, 7 bowls of rice, 3 bowls of dough fritters, 2 bowls of pig trotter and 4 drinks.

Hoping to find a free weekday and return to Ssikkek again for lunch. =)
